Terms & Conditions of Sale

● All goods remain the property of South Coast Electrical Services until paid in full.

● Invoices payable under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payments ACT 1999 NSW.

● All payments are due on completion of works.

● All overdue accounts will incur an administration fee of 1.5% per month (Min. $10.00 fee).

● Interest on overdue accounts will be charged at 15% P/A.

● Credit Card Payments will incur a 2% charge.
